We are an educational company and are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or law firm.

5. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our mentorship programs. If you actively participate in the program, implement the strategies as directed, and are not satisfied with the value provided within your first 90 days, you may be eligible for our 90-day satisfaction guarantee. Specific conditions, action-based requirements, and claim procedures are outlined in your individual enrollment agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided through our programs — including but not limited to videos, PDFs, scripts, frameworks, templates, and course modules — are the exclusive property of PL Capital LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your own personal education. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell our proprietary content without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PL Capital LLC (Brick By Brick Blueprint / PJL Playbook) and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of:
